Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of propbeyond.com, the secure application hosted at app.propbeyond.com, and related services made available by PropBeyond. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
If you use the platform on behalf of a business, brokerage, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms.
Marketplace Purpose
PropBeyond operates a verified real estate marketplace intended to help buyers, tenants, owners, and brokers discover, publish, and manage property opportunities more transparently. The landing site is designed for discovery and SEO, while the authenticated product experience is delivered through the main application.
We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, including verification workflows, listing formats, communications tools, and dashboard capabilities.
Eligibility and Accounts
You must provide accurate information, maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials, and promptly update details that affect account ownership, listing authority, or business identity.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for ensuring that your use of the platform complies with applicable law, contractual obligations, and industry regulations.
Listing Standards and Verification
All listings, profile claims, and submitted materials must be accurate, lawful, current, and authorized. PropBeyond may request documents, photos, location proof, licensing details, or other evidence to verify a listing, agent, owner, or business.
Verification is a core product promise. We may reject, remove, demote, or suspend listings that appear fraudulent, duplicated, misleading, unavailable, unlawfully posted, or inconsistent with our trust and safety standards.
Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to misuse the marketplace or interfere with marketplace integrity.
- Posting false, deceptive, duplicated, unauthorized, or unavailable listings.
- Impersonating another individual or business, or misrepresenting ownership, licensing, or agency relationships.
- Scraping, reverse engineering, overloading, or disrupting the platform or its security controls.
- Using the service to harass others, distribute malware, collect data unlawfully, or violate applicable housing, advertising, consumer protection, or privacy laws.
Fees and Commercial Features
Some broker, business, premium, or promotional features may require payment. If paid functionality is offered, the applicable pricing, billing terms, and scope of service will be presented at the time of purchase or checkout.
Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable after the relevant service has been delivered or provisioned, subject to applicable law and any explicit refund terms presented at purchase.
Content, Communications, and Intellectual Property
You retain responsibility for the content you submit, but you grant PropBeyond the rights reasonably necessary to host, display, review, moderate, and distribute that content in connection with operating and promoting the marketplace.
All platform software, design, branding, copy, and proprietary workflows are owned by PropBeyond or its licensors and may not be copied, reused, or exploited beyond the limited rights granted under these terms.
Suspension, Termination, and Enforcement
We may investigate violations, request corrective action, remove content, restrict functionality, suspend accounts, or terminate access where needed to protect users, maintain verified listing standards, or enforce these terms.
Termination or suspension does not limit any other rights or remedies that may be available to PropBeyond under law or contract.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
PropBeyond works to improve listing quality and trust, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, absolute accuracy, or the outcome of any property transaction. Users remain responsible for their own due diligence before entering into any deal, tenancy, purchase, lease, or professional engagement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PropBeyond will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from platform use.
Governing Law and Contact
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be handled in the courts having competent jurisdiction in India, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
